In this meeting, attendees will learn about the most pressing issues facing employers with employees based in the EMEA region, including:

• Trends and Strategies for Providing Family Forming Benefits: Employers across the EMEA region are increasingly embedding family-building benefits into their employee well-being initiatives, recognizing the growing expectation for comprehensive support in family planning and reproductive health. In this session, understand regional trends and delve into strategies for addressing employees’ diverse family forming needs.
• Employer Perspective: Women’s Health in the Workplace: In this 1:1 interview we will explore one employer’s strategy and insights on fostering inclusive and supportive health and well-being programs for women at all stages of their careers.
• Mental Health Strategies in the Workplace: An interactive discussion for attendees to discuss emerging trends, challenges and best practices in workplace mental health. 
• Employer Spotlight: Integrating Public Health Principals into Health and Well-being: A case study into how a company can integrate public health principals into its benefits strategy while leveraging historical health data to address cost and claims drivers.
