Vaccine Coverage Requirements Now Include Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine

On December 20, 2020, the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), responsible for recommendations on US adult and childhood immunizations, voted to recommend the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine for persons 18 years of age and older under the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA’s) Emergency Use Authorization.
