Responding to Potential Risk of Self-Harm or Suicide in the Workplace Quick Survey

This survey looks at ways that global employers can address urgent mental health cases when an employee is at risk of harm to self or others due to mental distress. It does not concern a mental health emergency that places an employee in imminent harm in which emergency personnel would be deployed.
