The 2025 Annual Conference room block at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel is available to registered conference attendees only. The 3 registrant per company limit for health industry partners also applies to the room block. The link to make reservations is included in your conference registration confirmation email.
Airport Information

Sponsor storage will be available starting Monday, April 21 at 8:00 AM and ending on Thursday, April 24 at 12:00 PM, in Germantown 4 on Level 2. For any shipments, sponsors must note company name and meeting room placement as Germantown 4, so all shipments can be placed there starting on Monday, April 21.
Sponsors are responsible for all material handling fees. Fees must be paid to the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. Packages will not be released for delivery to Germantown 4 until fees have been paid.

Kiosk sponsors are able to brand the backwall panel and the front counter panel of their kiosk. ALL print ready artwork files are due no later than April 2, 2025. Artwork received after the deadline will incur a rush fee.
Please note: if the sponsor chooses to add a monitor to their space, the backwall graphic dimensions will change.
